　　北京国际DV论坛是中国首届国际网络文化博览会的专业论坛之一。宽带网的发展对原创数字影像作品的创作与发布带来了前所未有的机遇，我们希望在这次论坛上，学习和交流国际DV影像文化发展的经验，探讨目前中国DV影像发展的状态和面临的问题，同时围绕着引导中国DV影像文化发展规范化和促进中国DV影像作品展映市场化两大主题，展开相应的讨论。通过这些交流和讨论等一系列活动，为建立中国的DV信息网络、储备人才和作品构筑基础。

　　同时，通过网络上举办作品的展评，探讨中国未来DV市场多媒体（数字电视频道，宽带网，数字院线等）发展潜力和前景，摸索用市场经济的手段来规范DV未来产业的运做。

? 数字影像在不同载体(电视数字频道,宽带网络等)上的播放标准
? 宽带网的普及和数字影像技术(DV)的应用给影视原创作品发展带来的机遇

? 人类数字化生存的前瞻性
? 国际数字影像作品与电视台、电影节和出版发行机构的关系
? DV影像作品在中国市场化运作的可能性及发展前景

　　Beijing International DV Forum is sponsored by China ICEE. The development of broadband network brings big chance for the creation and the communication of digital video works. Through this platform, many independent DV film makers will have chance to show their works to the public and find the possibility to commercialize them. Meanwhile, the forum will also introduce the experience and the development of international DV works' commercialization. With series activities, we will set up the information base of digital content and human resources for DV industry.
